Materials: 1 Skein of Poems by Wisdom Yarns (100% wool, worsted weight, 109 yds.)
Size 7or 8 circular needle or size need to give a
Gauge : of 4 sts to 1”


Cast on 80 sts and place marker. Join without twisting
Knit 4 rows of K1, P1 around
Begin Pattern:
Row 1, 2 and 4: Knit
Row 3: *Knit 1, Purl 1 * around

Repeat rows 1-4 until piece measures 7”

Begin Decrease rows:
1. *K8, K2 together* around
2. *K7, K2 tog* around
3. *K6, K2 tog* around
4. *K5, K2 tog* around
5. *K4, K2 tog* around
6. *K3, K2 tog* around
7. *K2, K2 tog* around
8. * K1, K2 tog* around
9. * K2 tog* around until 6 sts remain. Break off and weave end through remaining sts. Weave in ends.
